Shipping & Payments

A large majority of our items are shipped using Royal Mail.

  • For UK orders, please typically expect 2-3 working days*.
  • For USA orders, please expect 5-7 working days*.
  • For Canada orders, please expect 5-7 working days*.
  • For orders within Europe, please expect 3-5 working days*.
  • For orders to Australia/New Zealand, please expect 5-10 working days*.
  • For orders anywhere else, please allow 5-10 working days*.

All international orders, and all UK orders (over £10) are fully tracked. A tracking number will be added to your order when it is dispatched.

*Delivery estimates begin once your order is marked as shipped. Orders are usually shipped out within one working day. These estimates are taken from the Royal Mail website.

For UK orders:

You have the option of free shipping or may choose to pay extra for expedited shipping.

For international orders:

Shipping is charged based on weight. Some items may weigh more than others and some may need special packaging.

Therefore, the best way to get an exact quote for shipping costs is to simply add the items you’d like to purchase into your shopping cart.

Then head over to the shopping cart and enter your delivery address. From there, the system will calculate the exact shipping cost you would pay for your order.

Remember, all orders are charged in GBP (£).

For UK orders, we offer a low-cost option to upgrade your parcel to a low-CO2e delivery service using Royal Mail.

On average, Royal Mail’s Small Parcels emit 193g of CO2e. This will be reduced as Royal Mail pledges to be net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. You can learn more by visiting this link.

Yes — all orders (over £8) are dispatched with a fully tracked service (usually Royal Mail).

Provided we have not posted the item out already, you may be able to cancel. Please send us a message immediately with the order number.

If we are unable to view your message in time it may be too late.

Upon cancellation, we will deduct the payment gateway fees that we are charged as these are not refunded from the payment provider. You can learn more about how much this fee is when you message us.

Unfortunately not. Once an order has been entered into the system, we cannot edit it.

Once an order is entered into the system, it cannot be changed. However, if you contact our support team before the order is marked as dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Once cancelled, please make a new order with the correct details.

This is because we are either unable to post the item to the location you entered, or that location is not covered by our couriers. We do not ship air fresheners, perfumes, oils or sprays overseas.

However, if you are not ordering any of the above items, please contact us as this may just be a mistake with the system, and we may be able to resolve this.

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, Hermes or UPS.

For international orders, we ship using Royal Mail, ParcelForce or UPS.

We process online payments through PayPal, and Stripe. PayPal & Stripe will allow you to process Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For UK customers, we also accept payment by Bank Transfer. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

Clothing

For our clothing products, the chest size, measured in inches, is the length of the product from side to side (or, arm pit to arm pit) as if the item is laid flat.

To get the total chest size around the bust, simply double the chest size shown on the listing.

For example, a Moroccan thobe chest size of 26 means the measurement from pit to pit, as if the thobe is laid flat, is 26 inches approximately. For the total chest size around bust, simply double the size.

Returns & Refunds

At Habibi Collections, we try our best to make the returns process as smooth as possible. We accept returns for all products except edible products where the seal is broken. This is due to health and safety.

Buyer is responsible for returns postage.

All returns must be within 30 days since your order was placed.
