We have made our returns policy very simple. Simply follow the steps below to process a return.
How long do I have to make a return?
We will give you 30 days from the purchase date to process a return. You must ensure the item is returned back to us in unused & undamaged condition.
What is the method of return, and is there any return fee?
You (“the buyer”) must post the item back to us well-packaged, in a similar way we posted the item to you. You are responsible for ensuring the item is delivered to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the return label cost.
For all returns, the original postage cost, and the payment processing fee, will be deducted from the refund amount. (This is typically £2.95 or £3.95 for UK orders shipped with free standard delivery.)
How can I start a return?
- Please sign into your Habibi Collections account by going here.
- Open the Orders tab and find the order which you’d like to return.
- Copy the order reference number.
- Once you have these details, please proceed by opening a return ticket.
If you ordered without signing up for an account, please find the order number in your email confirmation receipt and then proceed to step four.
What items can I return?
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
If you purchased an edible product, you may only return the item if the hygiene seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, we have the right to refuse any return or provide a partial refund.
How will I receive my return?
Upon successful completion of your returns case, your funds will be available to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Note: we will grant you a full refund minus original shipping costs.
